Frequently asked questions..

Can I return my order?

To begin with, we cannot accept any returns on samples or sale items. Additionally any custom orders where skins are brought in or dyed specifically for your need cannot be returned. Our regular stock however is fine to return within 14 days of delivery. Please contact us at info@walterreginald.com if you are unsure about your eligibility for a refund.

How do I return my order?

If your goods are eligible for a return, you can return your skins to us using any of your own favourable courier services. Please note that this delivery is at your cost and not at the cost of Walter Reginald Group Ltd. All returns are deliverable to "Walter Reginald, Unit 6, 100 The Highway, London E1W 2BX".

Please wrap our skins as carefully as we do when dispatching them to yourselves, failure to do so could lead to damaged skins which can result in a deducted refund amount.

What is the order minimum on your products?

Our minimum order per article (aside from small sample cuttings of approx 4cmx4xm) is one skin. We cannot cut out any desired measurements as this will create a lot of wastage. Skins that we may be ordering in for you will have different minimum order quantities and this will be expressed whenever making a custom order.

Will you be repeating this article?

Generally speaking non-repeatble items are often put into our sale section. We like to make it very clear to our customers whether they will be able to re-purchase any skins they are taking. However, we are also able to have leathers re-made for special purposes. For more information on this, please contact bianca@walterreginald.com
